✅ Auscentra Labs Shipping Policy
At Auscentra Labs, we aim to deliver your order securely and reliably. Physical orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia with tracking, using the delivery service you select at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD, or free on eligible orders of $200.00 AUD and above.
- Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD for eligible orders below $100.00 AUD, or free on eligible orders of $100.00 AUD and above.
Available delivery options and any free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Express: typically 1–2 business days for metro areas and 2–4 business days for regional areas after dispatch.
- Standard: typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. They may vary by destination, carrier delays and seasonal demand.
Dispatch Times
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has cleared and the order is marked Paid. Please allow up to one business day for dispatch after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Bank transfers can take up to 24 hours or longer to clear, depending on your bank. Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Use these details to follow your parcel's progress.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.
Order Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact support@auscentralabs.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and any useful photos so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
