At Auscentra Labs, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia facility via Australia Post Express for fast, fully tracked delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Free Express Shipping on orders over $200 AUD
- Flat Rate Express Shipping of $14.95 AUD for orders under $200
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Areas: 1–2 business days
- Regional Areas: 2–4 business days
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time via the Australia Post website.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international delivery.
Order Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable under our Quality Assurance Guarantee.
