At Auscentra Labs, we want you to order with confidence. Physical orders are securely packaged and dispatched from Sydney using the delivery service selected at checkout.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with goods, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law within a reasonable time. You may also have rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact support@auscentralabs.com as soon as reasonably possible after noticing an issue. Please include:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, where available and helpful
There is no fixed 48-hour or 14-day reporting deadline that limits your statutory rights. Please keep the product available for assessment and contact us for return instructions. Original packaging is not required to exercise your consumer guarantee rights.
Approved replacements are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Change of Mind & Return Costs
We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. Consumer guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse or improper storage after delivery. These exclusions do not affect remedies for a product that fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Opening or using a product does not, by itself, remove your statutory rights. Where a fault covered by consumer guarantees is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return costs and provide any other remedy required by law.
